About the Client
Cummins QSK is a branch of the overall Cummins Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. that manufactures 23L and 60L engines along with critical components machining with design flexibility for certain models.
The Problem
Cummins required an office space of 750 square meters within their existing plant premise without indulging in any wet construction work.
The Solution
Innovastu supplied and installed a self-standing enclosure made of proprietary drytech consisting of LGS framing and gypsum board. The structure was covered with roof sheeting and a ceiling as well. The benefits of this structure were that no wet work and plinth beam construction; the project was completed within the required timeline and; the consumption of steel was reduced since we used cold form steel. The Product: These industrial interiors are meant to help clients increase their productivity by supplementing their workspace with some additional space in an efficient manner. The self-standing enclosure is a set of walls that is only anchored on one side. These walls can be used to form makeshift offices, electric rooms, store rooms, cabins and more.
