The Hirschvogel Automotive Group, headquartered in Denklingen, is among the world's largest automotive suppliers in the area of steel and aluminum forging and machining. Our customers include all renowned automotive manufacturers and suppliers worldwide.
Besides Denklingen, the company also has subsidiaries in Marksuhl, Schongau, China (Pinghu), the US (Columbus/Ohio), Poland (Gliwice) and India (Sanaswadi). Hirschvogel expands its global presence by building a new plant in Mexico, which will start its production this year. The consolidated sales of the Group were approx. 1,167 billion euros in 2017 at a yield of 371,000 tons of forged parts; the number of employees was about 5,300. Figures which speak for themselves - and for us.

The Problem
Hirschvogel required a G+1 structure in their manufacturing plant in Pune. It could not be accomplished by conventional means. They essentially wanted to divide one big workspace into two smaller spaces to increase their productivity capability. They also had the preference of dealing only with dry construction materials and wet works presented their own hurdles such as cleanup after and the mixing of ingredie
The Solution
Innovastu helped design and implement what’s known as a G+1 structure (ground level plus a 1st floor) that included the entire structure, the walls and the ceiling. The structure did not require any wet work and was constructed quickly. The constructed structure is a strong structured building which is national code compliant. The Product: Light Gauge Structural Framing is used to create frames for external walls, floor, internal walls etc. These are used as the base on which suitable boards and materials are used to cover the framing.
